Do you offer samples?

To fully experience the high quality of our paper texture and print techniques, we offer one free sample of your choice showcasing our exquisite designs, typestyles and ink colors upon request. Additional samples may be purchased for a nominal fee.

How do I contact Customer Service?

Is there a minimum amount of cards that I have to purchase?

Yes, due to the unique nature of our templates you can purchase any number of cards over the minimum of 25 cards.

How much does it cost for rush processing?

Rush processing costs $15.00. Rush processing time does not include shipping transit time. Please note that rush processing does not apply to any third party products added to your order.

Do you offer a printed proof?

Yes, we do offer printed proofs for a nominal set-up fee of $10.00.

Do you offer a digital proof?

Yes, we offer a digital proof option for all card orders free of charge upon request. An e-mail proof of your order will be sent to you the day after your order is processed at no charge. If a customer makes any changes and/or corrections, additional proofs will incur a nominal fee of $5.00. Upon receipt, please approve your proof immediately. For every day your approval is delayed, including any change requests, the delivery date of your order will be extended by the same amount of time.

Can I get envelopes early?

No, Kreative Drive does not offer this option.

Can I get my cards printed in a different language?

Yes, however all foreign language orders require an email proof. An e-mail proof of your order will be sent to you the day after your order is processed at no charge. If a customer makes any changes and/or corrections, additional proofs will incur a nominal fee of $5.00. Upon receipt, please approve your proof immediately. For every day your approval is delayed, including any change requests, the delivery date of your order will be extended by the same amount of time.

Can you print my recipient names and contact info on the envelopes for me?

Yes, we can personalize your envelopes with the recipient information for $1.50 each for 3 lines and $0.25 each additional line, and your Return Address for an additional $0.35 each.

What payment methods do you accept?

Kreative Drive accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit card payments and gift certificates via the web or over the phone. To provide your credit card number directly to a customer service representative over the phone, please call us during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm EST). If you already have a Kreative Drive gift certificate, you may redeem it during checkout. We also accept cashiers checks, and money orders. We do not accept Personal Checks or C.O.D.'s. All orders taken online using credit cards are encrypted and highly secure. We use the highest quality encryption and authentication of all customer sensitive data, including credit card numbers.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are located in the state of Florida. We are required by law to collect sales tax of 7% for orders that are shipped to destinations within the state of Florida. Orders shipped outside of Florida are exempt from sales tax.

What photo formats do you support?

You can currently email your photos to photos@kreativedrive.com in the following formats: jpg, tiff, png, pdf, giff, and eps.

How do I know if my photo is suitable for printing?

The photo you select might be too small for the card you selected. This can result in a grainy or pixilated final product. In addition, attempting to re-size the photo might distort the image quality. Since the appearance of your card depends on the quality of your photographs, it is important to use clear, original and unedited photos. The image size must be a minimum of 1.5 MB or larger to produce the best quality image. Photos are printed as is unless otherwise specified.

Will you edit my photos?

Photos are printed as is. Your photo can be retouched by one of our artists for a nominal fee of $20.00. The background colors may be affected slightly if the color in the photo needs to be adjusted.

Can I send you the photos via mail?

What is Kreative Drive's professional photographers and copyright policy?

There are legal concerns involved in using a professional photograph, which has a copyright. Most professional photographers retain automatic copyright privileges. By uploading any photos to photos@kreativedrive.com and/or sending any photos via mail for reproduction, the customer assumes full responsibility for any and all legal actions from the use of a professional photograph that may lead to any copyright infringement.

Do you have a printed catalog?

Unfortunately, we do not have a printed catalog to mail out. All of our products, descriptions and ordering can be done online.
